Even more impressively, they are designed specifically for larger-volume tyres (from 26 mm), providing that aero advantage with all the comfort, grip and rolling resistance benefits that larger tyres can offer.

• 45 mm tread height - perfect & ideal for flying over alpine passes and through flat land.

• 21 mm inner width - increases effective tyre volume. On these wheels, a 23c tyre measures over 26 mm wide and a 25c over 28 mm wide. Larger tyres offer the possibility of lower air pressure, more comfort and better grip.

• Huge rim width of 32 mm - helps the airflow of a large tyre (26+mm), which in turn is held more gently against the rim, reducing drag. This is otherwise only possible with disc wheels. Optimised for 23c (26mm) tyres, but unlike other wheels, the KNØT 45 design has minimal change with even larger tyres, allowing the rider to achieve more without significant aero loss.
